A Story in Every Glass: Cocktails at Neruda

A good cocktail starts before the first sip: a little detail on the rim, the scent of citrus, the sound of ice in the glass. At Neruda, our cocktail menu rewards a little curiosity.

The Scarlett Crown Deluxe Gin & Tonic pairs gin and tonic with freshly squeezed lime, a drop of fresh orange and finely chopped dried strawberry. A sugar-coated rim adds a sweet touch to its bright citrus finish.

For tropical flavours, there is Neruda Sunset: tequila, white Bacardi rum, pineapple juice and Campari. Fruity pineapple meets a gently bitter edge. For something darker, DOSTOEVSKY brings together smoky whisky, amaretto and blackberry liqueur.

Pineapple Bitters Gin & Tonic adds pineapple and aromatic bitters to gin, tonic and fresh lime. Our Aussie Spiced Rum Sour takes a different direction, with spiced rum, fresh lemon, lime and bitters beneath a smooth foamy finish.
